We are independent business owners who have decided to combine our experience and expertise to offer customized solutions to organizations on a larger scale. Meet Jennifer
Jennifer has been in the field of speech-language pathology since 1999. She is the owner of Clear & Confident Speech Coaching and she personally coaches, trains, and consults with individuals and companies in the areas of presentation skills, speech writing, Standard American accent training, active listening education, and speech delivery skills. Her goal is for people to not shy away from speaking their ideas and opinions, but rather to speak with confidence, clarity, and concision in both business and personal environments.
Jennifer knows that communicating with the listener at the front of mind is the key to being a successful leader, colleague, and professional. Jennifer lives with her family in Northern California.
Meet Sonia
Sonia Sethi-Kohli, M.S., CCC-SLP is a Communication Success Coach, Consultant, Presenter, Educator, Author, and board-certified multilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who has
served in a variety of settings/roles with extensive clinical and corporate experience for over 20 years. Ms. Sethi Kohli currently owns and operates her private practice in the greater Chicago area which has two distinct divisions – one offering clinical SLP services, and the other offering Professional Communication & Leadership Development and Diversity Training services.

In her professional communication training division, The Global Speech Suite, Ms. Sethi Kohli specializes in providing individuals and organizations with skills and tools to Communicate Clearly, Connect Consciously, and Collaborate Confidently. This boutique firm offers customized training programs focusing on enhancing presentation skills/public speaking, accent modification, leadership communication/executive presence, cross-cultural communication & diversity training, organizational communication, and more, leveraging their proprietary ExecYOUtive™ development methodology. Sonia is also Co-Founder of The Communication Collective, an online communication enrichment & leadership development coaching program for children & teens.

Beyond presenting and facilitating training workshops at local, national, and international arenas, Ms. Sethi Kohli is a former President and continues to serve on the Executive Board of CORSPAN [The Corporate Speech Pathology Network]. She is also the co-author of The SLP Entrepreneur: The Speech-Language Pathologist’s Guide to Private Practice and Other Business Ventures, and serves as an advisor to various business owners and organizations.
Meet Adrienne
Adrienne is a Corporate Speech Trainer and Communication Coach with a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and an MBA in Business Administration. She is the owner of Online Speech Services, which specializes in online accent modification, public speaking, and presentation skills coaching. Prior to starting her own business, Adrienne spent seven years as a manager, where she was responsible for hiring, supervision, and ongoing professional development for a remote team. She also has experience teaching university courses as an adjunct instructor in business management, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. She is also the co-author of The SLP Entrepreneur: The Speech-Language Pathologist’s Guide to Private Practice and Other Business Ventures.
For over 15 years, she has dedicated her career to helping others build their communication skills so they can reach their personal and professional goals. Adrienne truly believes that communication is the key to unlocking your full potential.
